Reason for having work done: Very often, Broadleaf installed epoxy floors are a flooring solution that customers like to turn to when completing a full basement remodel. We usually hear from customers after the work is completed “I wish I had done this years ago”. This customer of ours in North Riverside, IL was no different. What made this floor a bit of a challenge was the extensive level of remaining ceramic tile set bed that was left behind after the demo and a substantial amount of grinding needed to smooth out the surface prior to coating. When all was said and done however, this customer couldn’t have been more thrilled with the final product!
