Reason for having work done: Occupying a building that is over 100 years old, Legal Prep Charter Academy on Chicago’s South West Side has dealt with their fair share of flooring issues over the years. Tired of peeling stick tiles and crumbling ceramic tile, the school contracted Broadleaf Flooring to provide an alternate flooring solution that is durable enough to withstand the constant flow of school children that move through their front doors, but is also easy to clean and maintain. First phase of this project involved the front foyer / entryway as well as adjoining hallways, offices and staircases. Long term goals for this school are to have a durable epoxy floor replace a majority of their flooring throughout the building.
How Long to complete: 4 days
