Reason for having work done: In late January, our installers completed an 800 sq foot Mini Flake Light Gray (MF32) epoxy floor on a garden apartment in Brookfield, IL for one of our amazing customers. It also goes to show the impact Broadleaf can have on our customers as we had initially installed garage flooring for the owner of this building at his private residence, and were brought out to complete this job based on the positive experience they had shared with Broadleaf. Previous carpet and tile flooring already in place were just not cutting it in terms of durability needed for the wear that the flooring in this unit was expected to receive with a new family moving in. We feel it goes without saying, but it’s incredible the impact the flooring has on this job as whole, not to mention how great this entire project turned out!
